From Portsmouth, NH and points south: Take route 95N to Exit 44, route 295. Follow route 295 to exit 28 to Coastal Route 1, bear right onto route 27 to left on route 96 (Ocean Pt Rd). Go 4 miles to Water's Edge located on the right.
From Bar Harbor and points east: Take Route 1 through Waldoboro to Edgecomb, and turn left (south) on Route 27. Continue on Route 27 south through Boothbay, to the traffic light at the intersection of Route 27 and Route 96 in Boothbay Harbor. Turn left on Route 96; Water's Edge is four miles ahead on the right.
From the center of Boothbay Harbor: Take Townsend Avenue (Route 27) north (toward Boothbay and Wiscasset) to the traffic light at the intersection of Route 27 and Route 96. Turn right on Route 96; Water's Edge, is four miles ahead on the right.
